1. Services we provide
American Life Skills Academy (“ALS Academy”) provides immigration consulting, small business guidance, private investigation support for licensed attorneys, continuing education intensives, and form-review assistance. We are not a law firm, and our services do not create an attorney-client relationship.
2. No legal advice
The information and assistance we provide are for educational and consultative purposes. We do not give legal advice, and nothing on this site or in a consultation should be taken as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
3. Consultation fees
Consultations and workshops may require a paid booking fee. Fees are quoted at the time of booking and must be paid before the scheduled appointment unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. Workshop registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date unless the event is cancelled by us.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documents. You are responsible for reviewing any filings with your licensed attorney before submission to a government agency.
6. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access information that does not belong to you, or use automated tools to scrape content.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
